Ifunanya Moneke is an experienced technology professional with a background in Computer and Information Science. She began her career in tech with a Fortune 500 company, garnering experience in Business Analysis, IT Service Management, Project Management, IT Strategy, and Consulting. Over the past nine years, she has held positions within the Manufacturing, Technology, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Healthcare, Fintech, and Finance industries. She is currently a Service Delivery Manager at a global technology company. She founded TechOps Nigeria in 2019, with theP aim of empowering individuals and organizations with the skills required to excel in a digital world. She is passionate about technology, teaching, helping more women pursue STEM, mentoring, and art.
Lere Adedeji
Head of Operations
Lere Adedeji translates her Business and digital management expertise into operational excellence at TechOps Nigeria. She analyzes business needs and optimizes processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strategic decision-making. She currently leads our Operations and Support for Tech-Ops Nigeria. She joined the organization in 2022 and has excelled in her role, planning and executing several projects. As the Head of Operations, she wields a combination of technical prowess and soft skills to ensure the company runs like a well-oiled machine. Her keen understanding of people and processes allows her to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and grace, building strong relationships and achieving buy-in for strategic initiatives. When not conducting operational excellence, you might find her reading a feel good book (or two) or cherishing moments with loved ones.
Chukwuma Nliam
Chukwuma is an agile-focused and customer-centric IT business analyst with expertise in implementing digital transformation strategies and designing information systems to enhance business processes and achieve to better customer acquisition, retention and improved ROI for organizations Chuma, holds a BSc in Communications Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He has at various times worked as a team lead on a couple of mission-critical digital implementations. He has played pivotal roles in the successful implementation of diverse digital projects that cut across mobility, Web development, business process management and is currently driving change within the financial sector in the design of payment systems. He is a certified lean six sigma professional (Green Belt). Chukwuma is a Football enthusiast and a lover of good music.
Damilola Enikanoselu
Cybersecurity Professional
Damilola Enikanoselu is a Cybersecurity Professional, a Purple teamer, Malware Analyst, Penetration tester, Incident Responder, and a Cybersecurity Researcher. He holds a B.Tech degree in Physics Electronics from the Federal University of Technology Akure. Damilola is passionate about sharing knowledge and has trained numerous graduate trainees and interns in cybersecurity, incident response, and pentesting domains. In his free time, Damilola enjoys playing video games, meeting people, and solving Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges.
Damilare Medunoye
Cloud Support Specialist
Damilare Medunoye is a Cloud Support Specialist who specializes in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Automate, Microsoft Stream and Microsoft Teams. He also doubles as a Network Engineer and Database Administrator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Lagos. He is an affectionate teacher and has taught and trained people in Cloud technologies and Programming. He holds a BCS, from The Chartered Institute for IT Certificate in IT. When he is not offering cloud support or teaching, Damilare enjoys baking, swimming and sleeping.
Wasiu Bakare
Software Developer
Wasiu Bakare is a software developer who specialises in Web Development, using technologies and frameworks to create dynamic and interactive web applications. He holds a B.Eng degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Wasiu is passionate about learning new things and teaching them. He loves to unblock people when it comes to programming concepts, and enjoys solving problems and challenges. In his spare time, Wasiu likes to play games, watch football, read, chat with friends and cook. He is always eager to explore new hobbies and interests.
