Ifunanya Moneke is a seasoned technology professional with a background in Computer and Information Science. Starting her career at a Fortune 500 company, she gained expertise in Business Analysis, IT Service Management, Project Management, IT Strategy, and Consulting. With over nine years of experience across industries like Manufacturing, Technology, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Healthcare, Fintech, and Finance, she is currently a Service Delivery Manager at a global tech firm. In 2019, she founded TechOps Nigeria to empower individuals and organizations with digital skills. She is passionate about technology, teaching, mentoring women in STEM, and art.
Lere Adedeji
Head of Operations
Lere Adedeji leverages her expertise in business and digital management to drive operational excellence at TechOps Nigeria. Since joining in 2022, she has led Operations and Support, successfully planning and executing key projects. As Head of Operations, she combines technical expertise with soft skills to ensure seamless workflows, efficient resource allocation, and strategic decision-making. Her strong understanding of people and processes enables her to navigate complex situations with diplomacy, fostering collaboration and securing support for initiatives. Outside work, Lere enjoys reading feel-good books and spending quality time with loved ones.
Chukwuma Nliam
Chukwuma is a customer-focused IT Business Analyst specializing in agile methodologies and digital transformation. With a BSc in Communications Engineering from FUTO, he has led mission-critical digital projects across mobility, web development, and business process management. Currently, he drives innovation in the financial sector by designing payment systems. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Chukwuma combines technical expertise with strategic insight to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and ROI. Outside work, he is a football enthusiast and a lover of good music.
Damilola Enikanoselu
Cybersecurity Professional
Damilola Enikanoselu is a Cybersecurity Professional, a Purple teamer, Malware Analyst, Penetration tester, Incident Responder, and a Cybersecurity Researcher. He holds a B.Tech degree in Physics Electronics from the Federal University of Technology Akure. Damilola is passionate about sharing knowledge and has trained numerous graduate trainees and interns in cybersecurity, incident response, and pentesting domains. In his free time, Damilola enjoys playing video games, meeting people, and solving Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges.
Damilare Medunoye
Cloud Support Specialist
Damilare Medunoye is a Cloud Support Specialist who specializes in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Automate, Microsoft Stream and Microsoft Teams. He also doubles as a Network Engineer and Database Administrator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Lagos. He is an affectionate teacher and has taught and trained people in Cloud technologies and Programming. He holds a BCS, from The Chartered Institute for IT Certificate in IT. When he is not offering cloud support or teaching, Damilare enjoys baking, swimming and sleeping.
Wasiu Bakare
Software Developer
Wasiu Bakare is a software developer who specialises in Web Development, using technologies and frameworks to create dynamic and interactive web applications. He holds a B.Eng degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Wasiu is passionate about learning new things and teaching them. He loves to unblock people when it comes to programming concepts, and enjoys solving problems and challenges. In his spare time, Wasiu likes to play games, watch football, read, chat with friends and cook. He is always eager to explore new hobbies and interests.
